the day i met the imprinter .
i ran . i ran until i couldnt see home anymore . i figured id hitch hike to where ever .i stop to breathe and sit down on the grass near an unfamiliar highway . i started crying . knowing that i was still hurt from justin knowing he would never come back and my best friend for life now hated me forever and there was no way i could fix it . i sat there crying not even bothering to look at who was watching me and my every move . " hey are you okay .?" i heard an unfamiliar voice ask me . " why do you care .?" i said then looking up . " well i think i do ." he said as he sat next to me "what can i do to make you feel better .?" "you wont wanna know its cheesy and plus your a random guy that just walked up to me ." i said as i whipped my face . " yeahh okay and. . . whatever i can deal with cheesy . what is it .?" " okay then can you hold me .?" " i'll be glad to ." he said putting his arms around the side on my shoulders . a few seconds pass by and i turn to ask him his name . he was leaning in to kiss me on the side of my head but his lips gently pressed against mine and i felt like i wasnt alone in the world for once . i quickly got up grabing my bag heading in the sane direction as before . it took this guy a minute to figure out that i was leaving . "hey where are you going .?" he said running after me grabbing my arm . " nowhere ." i pull my arm away from his grasp and look at the ground . " really .? im going there too ." " go home ." "i cant . i have problems ." " you seem pretty perfect to me . " " its not what it seems . its complicated ." " thats always the answer . ' its complicated ' . why do i attract pain .?" " i dont think you do . " he chuckles " dont you want to go home ." " you mean away . i have problems there too ." " see something we have in common ." " you know . you know more about me bit were not even on a first name basis . " " im taylor but call me taylor ." " okay taylor . im nina but call me nina ." " great nina . so where are you exactly headed .?" " im just going where ever the wind blows me . what about you .? " " im thinking about heading north . i just dont know . or maybe i'll go with you . we could be like bonnie and clyde , batman and robin , peanut butter and jelly " after a few more comparisons i cut him off . " okay thanks thats enough . i got the picture ." " oh sorry . " " its okay ." " so what do you say we can go together .?" " its cool with me ." " but theres somethings you have to know about me ." " what are those things .?" " im different . im not like most humans would call normal . " " yeah okay . not every human is perfect though ." i stop to sit down he sits next to me . its been silent for a few seconds now . he turns to me sitting in indian position so we could be face to face . " why were you crying before .?" " just about stuff ." "look if were going to be together then you have to stop with the vagueness ." " you sound like were together together like your my boyfriend or something ." " maybe ." " well id like to see you try ." i turn to get something out of my bag and when i look up there he was a few centimeters away from my lips . then our lips finally touched and he kissed me first but when i realized i wanted to kiss him too i kissed him back . this moment was so perfect nothing could mess it up but that . i heard some footsteps in front of me so i peered through my eyelashes to see who it was . the site of a huge wolf made me jump back and pull away from taylor faster that it was to look away . " whats wrong .?" taylor says worried . " www-whats that .? " he turns around and sees the big wolf behind him and doesnt even flinch " dont worry i got it . " he gets up and heads into the woods behind some bushes with the giant wolf then suddenly the wolf was gone . taylor came back after the few minutes i was waiting for him . " hey what was that .? " " it was nothing ." he grabbed my hand and pulls me in the opposite direction that we were going in . " wait where are we going .?" "away ." he says angrily . " but ." i stop in my tracks and taylor stop with me " what happened .? whats wrong .? " i get close to him holding his jawline so he could meet my daze even though he tried to ignore it . he put his hands around my waist pulling me closer to him . " taylor look at me .! " i say in a very stern voice " talk to me ." he looks at me in my eyes " its complicated ." " stop with the vagueness . " " you'll know when we get there . " he says coming out of the trance i put him in and starts walking grabbing my hand again . " i dont wanna go .!" i stop and pull my hand away from his and start walking back the way we were going before . " come on you have to go with me . " he says as he trys to catch up with me " no one will believe me ." " believe what .?" i stop and look into his eyes hoping for the truth . " how beautiful you are ." " i knew it . not the truth ." i start walking . he grabs my hand back " the truth is . " i waited " you wont believe me when i tell you but i love you and i cant loose you . " " you what .?! it doesnt happen that fast and i know it . " " its a gift me and my friends have its called imprinting ." " what in the - . you just made that up ." " no im not im serious . see i told you you wouldnt believe me . please trust me im not lying . come with me i cant live without you . " " i think you can ." and i started walking the other way then stopped 4 feet away from him " but if i do go with you promise me one thing ." i started walking back towards him . " what ever it is i'll do it ." " never leave me here alone . " " youve got my heart . im never leaving you . " i tippie toed to reach his lips to hiss him but his hands around my waist helped me with that . we went back to his place . i dont know why he had came back but im guessing it was important . i stayed with him all day as his friends explained everything to me . my favorite one of his friends to me is booboo but i call him boo for short . hes so goofy , he tries to act tough but he really isnt but he can really fight . we left emily and sams house at about 10 pm and they had me worn out i was ready to go to bed .
i was all dressed and ready for bed and so was taylor ." so where an i sleeping .?" " i asked curiously . " you can sleep with me ." " really .? your dad wont mind .?" " nope . but when my sister comes back from college i dont know ." " when does she come back .?" " im about a month ." " oh i guess i'll go home about that time . i'll call them tomorrow just to let them know im safe ." " yeah that sounds like a good idea . " " what soes this mean .? does this mean were going out .? " " i guess so ." " taylor . " "mmhmm ." " i love you ." he sits up looks me in my eyes and kisses me " i love you too ." he layed in the same position i did and put his arm around me . if every night is going to be like this then i like this whole imprinting werewolf business .
